This site belongs to a company named Neodev, which has as main goal to provide advertising services. The company’s heardquarters is in Porto, being registered after the creation of the website, specifically in 13th august 2008. [1] [2]
The first minimum cashout is $2, being added $1 to the minimum cashout each time the user withdraws money.
Neobux besides being a PTC website has other functionalities such as: direct referrals, rented referrals, micro jobs (crowdflower) and offer (with coins).
Direct referrals (DRs) are people that are brought to the site by the user. Here’s a table showing the earning potential of these kind of referral:
The earnings of DRs are smaller than RRs, however they have the advantage of not having any cost. On the other hand, there are limits to have DRs. Neobux has an algoritm that extends the limits of DRs, the more days the user has the account. Being that said, it’s needed to manage the DRs, recycling the inactive ones that has the cost of $0,07 in order to give space for new DRs (in case the number of DRs reaches the limit). [3]
You still have the opportunity to earn 1% comission in every purchase your DRs make superior to $10.
Regarding rented referrals (RRs) as the name says they are referrals that the website offers the user to rent. When purchasing a referral you buy the referral with 30 days. Between that period, the clicks that the referral does are credited in the user’s account balance.
I can’t assure you that it’s a good way to make money, but the fact is that I started making mistakes in RRs. I started to buy more and more refs with the money I earned but after I didn’t have money to sustain all of them.
I will tell you right now what are the trouble of RR, it’s needed:

The RR’s clicks are usually 1 per day or more, in other words, has an average of 1 or more; despite existing always RR with average less than 1. 1 average it’s the least of the least needed to make profit. Each RR click is equal to $0,005.
You have always the option to use autopay, which consists in paying $0,0057 in one day when the referral clicks to renew one more day. So, if 1 RR clicks only 1 add, you actually lose $0,0007 but the referral lasts one more day.
In the moment, I have 37 RRs, but I had 64 and I was forced to lose them. The problem of losing one RR is that the site charges $0,02, that makes you lose money with that RR instead of earning some. If you don’t have many RRs you can use accumulated points each time you see an add in order to save money from recycling. It’s still possible to wait 14 until the RR autorecycles (free of cost), but it’s not recommendable. Note that auto-recycle just happens when there are no clicks whatsoever.
But I have heard of people that earn money with that. But that’s probably because they are golden members. Golden members instead of earning $0,005 per click they earn $0,01 and instead of waiting 14 days for auto-recycle, they just need to wait 7. However this upgrade costs $90.
One important aspect is that neobux does sometimes discounts in term of memberships and and in renting referrals. One thing that it’s very important when starting to rent RR is to renew 240 days right away. You may thing that 30 days are enough but in fact aren’t because autopay is only active until it reaches 20 days. Notice that using autopay you save money in comparison with renting for x days.
Another way to earn money in Neobux is crowdflower. It allow you to perform mini jobs where you earn rewards, and you have 3 levels in it. If you make many jobs with a high accuracy, you will level up in no time, having more rewarding jobs available. In my opinion this can help but at the same time can be a waste of time. It really depends of what you think and what kind of jobs you have available. For each $1 received making these mini jobs, neobux gives you $0,12.
There are still offers with coins that in my opinion are a waste of time because they force you to install programs in your computer, buy stuff, making surveys (that most times are unavailable) and you can only convert coin in money after you reach a certain amount after 30 days. I don’t recommend.
In sum, the strategy for being successful in neobux is watching as many ads as possible daily, do mini jobs at least in the beginning. You can also opt to use RRs however you have to be careful in order to not fail even 1 day and make a good RR management. DRs are even a better option, but they are harder to get.
